Who is Joseph Goebbels?

Arya had likened Ghafoor to Nazi Germany's  Reich Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels during Adolf Hitler's reign from 1933 to 1945. He also advocated for harsher discrimination including the extermination of the Jews in the Holocaust.
