Interestingly, Chairman of Mahindra Group Anand Mahindra took the opportunity to suggest the need for ‘innovation in business’ with his latest tweet.

Anand Mahindra on Thursday posted a video on social media which features a Chinese restaurant based out of Mumbai. The appealing video shows how the restaurant makes ‘Mumbai's first Big Chinese Thali’. From being prepared in the kitchen to being served to the foodies, the Chinese Thali appear unbelievably delicious.

The business tycoon termed the idea behind the big thali as ‘cool’, and captioned the video: ‘No matter what your business, how large or small it is, there’s always scope for innovation! This is so cool. And a variant of ‘Make in India!’

As per the video, the Chinese thali consists of seven types of starters, three types of soups, five types of main course dishes and two types each of rice and noodles, which can be shared among a gang of friends.
