The BJP MP from Ladakh, who had the nation glued to the television when he spoke during the discussion on Jammu and Kashmir, Reorganisation Bill, 2019, appears to be exulted following the restructuring of the region. As Ladakh celebrated its first Independence Day as a Union Territory on Thursday, the lawmaker joined the locals in the festivities which included partaking in traditional music and dance.

In an earlier video, Republic Media Network had shown the Parliamentarian leading a line dance with his fluid movements. In the following clip, he can be seen immersed and enjoying playing the traditional drums - daman and surna - of Ladakh. Playing the drums with an apparent panache, the MP seems unstoppable.
