Indian diplomat Mini Devi Kumam exercised India’s 'Right of Reply' at the 40th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.

She addressed how the state revolves around 'cross border terrorism' and pointed out how Pakistan gave sanctuary to 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden, and 132 UN designated terrorists.

She said:

"Mr. President India exercises it's right to reply to Pakistani propaganda.

We are not surprised that Pakistan who state crap revolves around cross border terrorism and aggression aim at distablisation of peace and development of its neighborhood will resort to such tactics. It's not rhetoric that Pakistan trice with terrorist and terrorism is a state policy continue unawaited.

It is the country which protected Osama Bin Laden and Mullah Omar and it hosts and patron to 132 UN designated terrorists and 22 terrorist entities under 1267 and 1988 UNC sanction regime.

The repeated warning from FATF to Pakistan only expose it's dubious commitment to counter terror financing. Mr. President terrorist attack in Pulwama this month perpetrated by JeM a Pakistan based terrorist organisation only one of such terror attack against India.  My delegation continuing denial by Pakistan political and military leadership of the presence of terrorist infrastructure in territories under it's control."

She further mentioned the dossier handed over by the Indian government to Imran Khan's government detailing the JeM complicity in Pulwama terror attack that martyred 40 jawans and the presence of JeM Un-designated terror camps in Pakistan.

She said:

"A dossier has been handed over my government to Pakistan yesterday with specific details of JeM complicity in Pulwama terror attack and the presence of JeM terror camp and it's leadership in Pakistan.

India expects Pakistan to take immediate and verifiable action against terrorism emanating from territories under its control. Aggression is what Pakistan embarked on against India in 1947, 1965 and 1999 driven by its territorial ambition over Kashmir.

Pakistan forgets that its never made obligation to first vacate the occupied territories in accordance with UN resolutions. Pakistan can't misuse the principle of self-determination as an instrument to erode the territorial integrity and sovereignty of any member state.

Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and it's accession to India was legal and irrevocable. India rejects and a fetal attempt by Pakistan to revive the so-called remote and motivated report on Kashmir that reflected individual menace and prejudice.

India pluralistic democracy with its vibrant democratic institutions are mature enough to get into freedom and rights to all its people. Pakistan which has never enjoyed a true democracy has successfully ensured that the people of PoK and territories under its control have no access to basic freedom and rights

India reiterates that OIC has no locus standi to comment on internal affairs of India. It is well advised to not allow itself to be misused by an errant member whose only contribution to the region and the world has been the menace of terrorism."
