Vadodara Brat Runs Over 7 on Holi Night – 1 Dead; Shocking Video Shows Him Shouting 'One Round, Nikita'

Vadodara: A woman was killed and four others were critically injured after a speeding car hit them in Gujarat 's Vadodara near Amrapali complex on Thursday. The incident, which was captured on CCTV, shows a young man driving the car that collided with a two-wheeler. The woman riding the scooty died on spot and the injured were rushed to the hospitals.

The horrifying accident caused sparks to fly from the road as the car collided with the two-wheeler. Eyewitnesses left in shock imeediately rushed to the scene. The young man, Rakshit Ravish Chaurasia, who was behind the wheel, came out of the wrecked car and was heard screaming. He was allegedly in a drunken state at the time of the incident. He was then severely beaten by the locals before the police arrived.

Another youth, who was also in the car next to Chaurasia, managed to flee the scene. A search is now underway to nab him. 

Rakshit Ravish Chaurasia was driving a Volkswagen Virtus GT Plus black car with a number plate of - GJ06RA6879.

According to Leena Patil, Joint Commissioner of Police, “Preliminary information suggested that a woman has lost her life in the accident. The driver of the car has been arrested. We have also received videos showing two individuals in the car, and we are actively looking for the second individual who fled the scene.” Patil further confirmed that three to four other people were injured in the accident.

DCP Panna Momaya said, “A car was moving from Sangam to Muktananad crossroad. It met with an accident while overspeeding. The police reached the spot and arrested one accused, Rakshit Ravish Chaurasia. Search to arrest the other accused, Meet Chauhan, is underway. One woman has died and four others are injured. It is a case of drink and drive.”
