Family of Four from Hyderabad Killed in Tragic Collision with Truck During US Vacation

Hyderabad: A family of four from Hyderabad—identified as Sree Venkat, his wife Tejaswini, and their two young children—tragically lost their lives in a devastating car crash in the United States on July 7.

The family was reportedly returning to Dallas after visiting relatives in Atlanta when their vehicle was struck by a truck.  

The impact caused the car to burst into flames, killing all four on the spot. The fire was so intense that the bodies were charred beyond recognition, prompting US authorities to initiate DNA testing to confirm their identities.

Local officials are coordinating with the Indian Consulate to facilitate the repatriation of the remains. 

Back in Hyderabad, the extended family is working closely with Indian government representatives to ensure their final rites performed with dignity and rituals.
