Disha Salian Father's Lawyer Names Aaditya Thackeray, Dino, Sooraj Pancholi, Parambir Singh Accused in His Complaint

Mumbai: Disha Salian father's lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, made significant revelations and accusations on Tuesday against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh, Uddhav Thackeray's son Aaditya, Dino Morea, and Sooraj Pancholi, alleging a massive conspiracy to cover up the investigation into Disha's death case.

Days after Satish Salian filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking a fresh investigation into her daughter's death case and the alleged involvement of Aaditya Thackeray, his lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, claimed that former Mumbai top cop Parambir Singh was one of the key masterminds in orchestrating the cover-up.

Ojha stated that in 2020, when Aaditya Thackeray's name surfaced in the case, Parambir Singh held a press conference claiming that CCTV footage was reviewed and no politician had visited the flat. However, Ojha countered this claim, asserting that mobile tower locations and eyewitness testimonies prove Parambir Singh was lying.

Ojha further alleged that when Sameer Wankhede was about to make arrest, he was transferred. This information, Ojha claimed, came from Wankhede's colleague, leading to Wankhede being named as a respondent in the case.

Additionally, Ojha claimed that Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) investigation papers revealed Aaditya Thackeray's involvement in drug-related activities, and these details have been submitted.

Continuing with his revelation, Satish Salian's lawyer said that from Aaditya Thackeray, Dino Maurya's phone recordings to one Sameer Khan who runs a company is named as accused by the NCB in a drug syndicate and these people including Aaditya, Dino Morea and Sooraj Pancholi were in regular connect with Sameer Khan’s company.

Ojha concluded by saying that he was withholding certain names for now but would release some photos soon. However, he did not elaborate on the nature of these photos.

Disha Salian's father breaks silence 5 years after daughter's death 

Last week, Disha's father Satish Salian claimed that his daughter didn't commit suicide and that it was a murder. He added that when Disha died, he was manipulated by officials around in such a way that he believed everything the police was telling him. However, later, he realised that they were lying.

Disha's father claimed that his daughter's body had no injury marks as one would have after falling from a high rise building, raising suspicion that her death case was a cover-up to show it as a suicide.
