Disha Salian's Father Breaks Silence 5 Years After Death, Makes Big Revelations

New Delhi: Satish Salian, father of Disha Salian, the late former manager of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has claimed that his daughter didn't commit a suicide and it was a murder because there were no injuries on her body consistent with falling from the 13th floor of a building.

In an exclusive interview to Republic Media Network's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami , Satish Salian said, “Looking at the investigation, I think it was a murder. There were no injuries that should occur when a body falls from such a height. We should notice how there were no injuries on her body after falling from such a height, and how it was so clean.”

Nilesh Ojha, advocate and petitioner in the Disha Salian case, stated that since day one, her father, Satish Salian, had doubts about how there was not a single bloodstain on the ground or on her clothes after falling from the 14th floor.

More importantly, Disha’s body, which the family received after the post-mortem for her last rites, allegedly had no injuries on the body, head, or face, which should be present in the case of a fall, according to Nilesh Ojha.

The advocate further noted that the post-mortem report mentioned a head injury and multiple injuries.

Why Satish Salian took different position on this matter in 2022, Asks Arnab   

When asked by Arnab why his (Satish Salian’s) position on the matter in 2022 was different from now, and whether there was any external pressure on him, Satish Salian explained that there was no pressure but that his mind had been manipulated in such a way that he believed whatever the police told him.

When asked whether he doubted the police’s role, Satish Salian revealed that the police had informed him it was a suicide, and he initially believed them as he trusted the police's statements to be truthful.

Advocate Nilesh Ojha, the petitioner in this case, added that Satish Salian becomes emotional whenever he speaks about his daughter’s case. It is mentioned in his affidavit that he was in a psychological virtual custody of Rohan Rai (Disha Salian's fiancé) and Aaditya Thackeray’s associates. Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar reportedly visited his house and pressured him, saying that if he filed a complaint against Nitesh Rane and Narayan Rane, his daughter's image would remain untarnished. Someone from Chembur allegedly brought a draft complaint to his house, took his signature, and registered an FIR.

However, when he emerged from this psychological custody and came forward, Satish Salian realised that the Police had lied and fabricated the story that Disha jumped from the building, Nilesh Ojha said. He stated that all the injuries mentioned in the report were fake.

According to Ojha, he is an eyewitness, and there are other eyewitnesses too.

The advocate also mentioned that there are additional details that cannot be disclosed publicly on the channel. These details have been kept confidential and will be submitted to the High Court in a sealed envelope.

Disha Salian, who was the former manager of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, allegedly died by suicide on June 8, 2020, after reportedly jumping from a high-rise building in Mumbai’s Malad area. She was 28.

Salian's death occurred just days before Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly died by suicide on June 14. These incidents sparked widespread speculations that both the cases might be allegedly linked.

In December 22, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe Salian’s death.
