Disha-SSR Case: 'Parambir Singh Mastermind', Lawyer Nilesh Ojha's Explosive Allegations in Complaint

Mumbai: In a big development in the Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput case, Nilesh Ojha, lawyer of Disha's father, Satish Salian, has made explosive allegations in a written complaint, naming several high-profile figures. According to the advocate, Nilesh Ojha, the complaint—now treated as an FIR—accuses former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh of being the ‘mastermind’ behind an alleged cover-up to protect Aaditya Thackeray.

The FIR also names actor Dino Morea, Suraj Pancholi and his bodyguard, suspended cop Sachin Vaze, and actress Rhea Chakraborty. The complaint further claims that NCB investigation papers link Aaditya Thackeray to a drug racket, adding a new dimension to the high-profile case. 

'Parambir Singh Main Mastermind For The Coverup'

"Today, we have filed a written complaint to the CP office and the JCP Crime accepted it and this complaint is the FIR now... Accused are Aaditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, Suraj Pancholi and his bodyguard, Parambir Singh, Sachin Vaze, and Rhea Chakraborty are all accused in this FIR... Parambir Singh was the main mastermind for the coverup in this case... He did a press conference and fabricated lies to save Aaditya Thackeray... All the details are in the FIR... NCB's investigation paper proves that Aaditya Thackeray was involved in a drug business, that detail has been mentioned in this FIR...", said Disha Salian's father Satish Salian's advocate, Nilesh Ojha. 

‘Aaditya Thackeray - The Main Accused in Gangrape And Murder', Says Nilesh Ojha 

"Aaditya Thackeray is the main accused in this gang rape and murder case. Uddhav Thackeray is the main accused of misuse of power for the coverup... Aaditya Thackeray is found in the drug cartel and this is in the official records of NCB. We have also mentioned this in the complaint... Today, we will also release some pictures in support of this...", Ojha said, adding that under IPC 409, the investigation may reveal that he was also part of the conspiracy with the other murderers.

When Reporters asked are you accusing Aaditya Thackeray in the drug case as well? Ojha said, “Yes, yes. Aaditya Thackeray is found to be involved in the drug cartel. There are official records of this with the Narcotics Control Bureau, and we have mentioned it in this complaint. 

Disha Salian Death Case 

Disha Salian, a 28-year-old former manager of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, was found dead on June 8, 2020, after allegedly jumping from a high-rise building in Mumbai’s Malad area. Her death, occurring just days before Rajput’s death on June 14, fueled intense speculation about a possible link between the two cases.

Disha's father, while speaking to Republic Media Network had made big claims. He had firmly stated that Disha did not commit suicide but was murdered and has linked her death to the mysterious demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. Demanding justice, he has demanded a probe into Aaditya Thackeray’s alleged role. "Do whatever it takes, but give my daughter justice. Bring the truth to light," Disha's father had urged.
