Victim’s Parent Move SC For Court-Monitored CBI Probe

Earlier this week, the Supreme Court allowed the parents of the RG Kar Medical College rape and murder victim to present their request for an additional court-monitored CBI investigation before the Calcutta High Court.A bench led by Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna acknowledged the arguments of senior advocate Karuna Nundy, representing the parents, who stated that further investigation was necessary to uncover the alleged involvement of additional individuals.
