Eknath's Sena MP Questions Aaditya Thackeray's Mitra-Mandal, Says He Should Face Investigation In Disha's Case

Mumbai: Eknath Shinde ’s Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske, who was previously a member of Uddhav Thackeray’s party, stated that if Aaditya Thackeray is truly innocent, he should stand up, be courageous, and face the investigation in Disha Salian’s death case.

In an exclusive conversation with Republic Media Network, Naresh Mhaske mentioned that Disha Salian’s father has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking a fresh probe into his daughter’s death. In his plea, Satish Salian also named Dino Maurya, Aditya Pancholi, and Ekta Kapoor, seeking an investigation into their call and location records, as he suspects their involvement in the case too.

Mhaske criticised Aaditya Thackeray, a former minister and son of the ex-Chief Minister, for associating with individuals who, despite their popular public image, allegedly had a completely different reputation. He added that while he could not disclose details on television, everyone was aware about it.

Mhaske further remarked that since Disha’s father has filed a petition, the court will decide the next steps. However, he believes that if Aaditya Thackeray is not involved and is innocent, he should publicly declare it and openly face the investigation.

Mhaske recalled his time in Uddhav Thackeray’s party and revealed that other party leaders had previously warned Aaditya Thackeray against associating with certain individuals, as they could harm the party in the future.

Earlier, Naresh Mhaske stated Disha’s father, Satish Salian, claimed in his petition that the previous MVA-led government had concealed evidence in his daughter’s death case.

Mhaske further asserted that Satish Salian was not lying, adding that everyone is aware of Aaditya Thackeray’s nightlife friend group.

Satish Salian moves court, seeks fresh probe in his daughter's death case  

Satish Salian, Disha's father, has moved the Bombay High Court seeking a fresh investigation into his daughter’s death case and the alleged role of former Maharashtra minister Aaditya Thackeray. Satish claims that Disha did not commit suicide but was murdered.

Satish Salian also stated that there were no injury marks on Disha's body, which should have been present if she had fallen from a high-rise building. He claimed that, back in 2020, he was manipulated into believing everything the police told him.

Satish Salian alleged in his petition that the then Maharashtra government had hidden evidence and named individuals such as Ekta Kapoor, Dino Morea, and Aditya Pancholi, requesting an investigation into their call records.

Earlier today, Satish Salian’s lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, labeled Aaditya Thackeray, the former Environment Minister, as an accused in Disha Salian’s death case and alleged that corrupt police officials attempted to cover up the case.
