In a troubling incident at Mathura railway station, a man allegedly kidnapped a seven-month-old child on Sunday after diverting the mother’s attention. The child’s mother, Sunita, a laborer from Agra, was preparing milk for her baby on the platform when the abductor approached her. He advised her against feeding the hot milk and then took the child from her while she was busy packing her belongings.

The Government Railway Police (GRP) were immediately notified, and an investigation was launched. Despite efforts to locate the suspect and the child, the search has so far been unsuccessful. CCTV footage has been reviewed, revealing the man wearing a white T-shirt and pants as he exited the railway station with the baby.

A case has been registered against the unknown individual, and police are intensifying their efforts to apprehend him and ensure the safe return of the child.
