New Delhi: Banks in several states will remain closed on Wednesday, February 26 on the occasion of Maha Shivratri .
According to the Reserve Bank of India's ( RBI ) official holiday list, banks in several cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and others will observe a holiday.
Apart from banking, services such as public transport, hospitals, and other emergency services will continue to operate as usual.
Which Banking Services Will Be Available?
All digital banking services, including the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), net banking, and ATMs, will continue to operate on Maha Shivratri.
