New Delhi: Amid the ongoing investigation into the Meerut murder case, a shocking video has surfaced showing accused Muskan and her boyfriend, Sahil, celebrating Holi just days after the murder of Muskan’s husband, Saurabh Rajput.
The video, reportedly from a club in Shimla and recorded 11 days after the killing of the former Merchant Navy officer, captures the duo dancing and enjoying themselves, raising serious questions about Muskan’s remorse over the crime.
What’s in the Video?
The Holi video, recorded on March 14, captures Muskan and Sahil in a moment of celebration. With their faces smeared in colour, the duo smiles at the camera, swaying closely together.
Sahil, appearing to be intoxicated, makes animated gestures with his right hand while music plays in the background.
The presence of others in the frame suggests they were celebrating the festival as part of a larger group. Following the murder, the couple reportedly had visited Shimla and Manali. Photos from the trip show Muskan strolling through the snow.
Meerut Murder Mystery | Chilling Details Emerge
Superintendent of Police, Ayush Vikram Singh, has uncovered disturbing revelations in the murder case involving Sahil Shukla and Muskan. Here are seven chilling details from the investigation:
Dark Obsession with Black Magic
Sahil Shukla’s room was covered in devil graffiti, tantric symbols, and satanic drawings, indicating a deep obsession with the occult.
Manipulated by the ‘Afterlife’
Muskan allegedly exploited Sahil’s superstitions by creating fake Snapchat accounts using her brother’s phone.
She pretended to be Sahil’s deceased mother, convincing him that she was speaking from the afterlife and wanted someone dead.
Muskan then manipulated Sahil into targeting Saurabh.
Brutal Murder & Disposal of the Body
Saurabh was reportedly drugged, stabbed 10 times, and dismembered.
His body was initially hidden in a bathroom overnight before being sealed in a cement-filled drum for two weeks.
Celebration After Murder
After committing the crime, Muskan and Sahil went on a 12-day trip to Shimla, showing no remorse.
Saurabh Knew About the Affair
In 2021, their landlord had caught Muskan and Sahil in an “objectionable” situation and informed Saurabh.
Eerie Crime Scene
Along with satanic symbols, Lord Shiva's images were found plastered on the walls.
The room was littered with beer cans, bidi stubs, and other items, adding to its eerie atmosphere.
Suspicious Money Transfers & Discovery
Muskan claimed Saurabh had ₹6 lakh in his account and, out of fear, transferred ₹1 lakh to her account and ₹1.5 lakh to his mother’s before his death. Police are verifying this claim.
The crime was exposed when their landlord sent laborers to vacate the house after Muskan and Sahil returned from Shimla.
A foul smell from the drum raised suspicion, prompting the workers to call the police.
Police have arrested both the accused, Muskan Rastogi (27) and her lover Sahil Shukla (27) and an investigation is underway.
