'Mummy Bachaao': Satna Man Records Disturbing Domestic Violence as Wife Strangles and Beats Him, Pleads for Help

Satna: A disturbing video from Madhya Pradesh's Satna has surfaced on the internet in which a man is being mercilessly beaten by his wife; when he tries to stop her from coming close to her, she also attempts to strangle him. The victim has recorded the horrific domestic violence on camera; he can be crying for help. 

This video has emerged amid the reporting of several cases where the husband has been tortured and exploited by his wife and her family, including the Atul Subhash Case and the Agra TCS Manager Case among others.

Satna Man Strangled and Beaten by Wife

The video, shared on the social media platform ‘X’ (formerly known as Twitter), begins with the man recording with one hand while he asks his wife to stay away from him because he feels scared of her. The woman can be seen threatening and intimidating her husband and when he asks her to not begin to hit her, she suddenly loses her temper and begins to beat her husband. The woman also makes an attempt to strangle him and continues to hit him; frustrated, he says, “Mar daalo mujhe, maar daalo”.

In the disturbing video recorded by the man, he can be seen crying for help as his wife thrashes him inside a bolted room; the abuse and violence is happening in the presence of the man's mother, because he suddenly begins screaming, “Mummy bachao…” (Mummy, save me). Later in the video, he manages to run outside from his room to his mother, who then shields him from her daughter-in-law. With no expressions of remorse, the woman then shuts the door from inside, leaving her husband and mother-in-law outside.
