Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy claims all developmental issues in Yadgir are solved while announcing farm loan waiver during his 'village stay' in the district

After visiting the drought-hit Yadgir district as a part of the Grama Vaastavya, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, on Friday, has shared that all issues in the district regarding education and development have been resolved.

After visiting the drought-hit Yadgir district as a part of the Grama Vaastavya, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, on Friday, has shared that all issues in the district regarding education and development have been resolved. He said prior to his visit, officers went around the village and created awareness regarding schools, addressing media at Yadgir village.

Talking about the lack of development in Gurmitkal- a taluka in Yadgir, he said that after visiting the area, he has realised that people still have hopes on his administration to progress the area.

Announcing a farm loan waiver of Rs.100 Crore to be released to Kalaburgi district, he said that the decision regarding new loans will be by the cooperative minister. 

He also said that he has directed officials to create blueprints to address the shortage of drinking water in Yadgir.

Earlier in the day, in a shocking revelation, Republic TV on Friday has accessed the visuals of the exclusive renovation done in the bathroom of the house Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy will be staying at during his 'village' stay in Yadgir, which is a drought-ridden district in the state.

Apart from the renovations, elaborate security arrangements have been made and all road-facing buildings in the village have also been painted with water sprinkled over mud roads, as per sources. 

Kumaraswamy boarded a train on Thursday to Yadgir under his Grama Vaastavya (Village Stay Programme) program in which he has claimed he will visit 2-4 villages every month.
