New Delhi: AI has become integral to everything we do, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries Mukesh Ambani declared to shareholders. He outlined RIL’s mission to make AI as ubiquitous and accessible across India as its broadband services. The company is embedding AI into its processes and offerings, creating end-to-end workflows powered by real-time, data-driven insights and automation. This approach is designed to enhance the efficiency of services for both internal users and customers.

Introducing Jio Brain

Under the initiative named ‘Jio Brain,’ Jio is launching a comprehensive suite of AI tools and platforms. Ambani revealed that Reliance is refining Jio Brain to assist other Reliance operating companies in advancing their AI capabilities. Additionally, RIL plans to offer Jio Brain as a service platform to other enterprises, providing a robust AI solution for broader use.

AI’s Transformative Potential

- Education: AI will personalize learning experiences, making high-quality education more accessible across India, including in remote areas. This advancement will foster adaptive learning and prepare a future-ready workforce, positioning India as a global leader in skilled talent.

-Healthcare: AI is set to improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficiency. With AI-powered tools becoming as commonplace as smartphones, health outcomes are expected to improve through early disease detection, personalized treatment plans, and broader accessibility.
