Jammu: Three Hindu civilians were reported missing from Kathua district of Jammu on Friday, now in a major development a terror group backed by Lashkar has claimed the responsibility for the missing individuals.
Lashkar-backed terror group has now released a poster on social media, where in a coded phrase they claimed to have allegedly kidnapped the Hindu civilians.
Preliminary reports indicate that the three individuals, including a minor, were en route to attend a wedding on Thursday night in the Lohai Malhar area of Kathua district.
‘Falcons Have Captured Their Prey’: Hindus Missing in Kathua
The terror group has released a coded poster on social media, which read "The falcons have captured their prey." claiming to have allegedly kidnapped 3 individuals.

Officials confirmed that security forces, including the Indian Army, CRPF, and Special Operations Group, have initiated a search operation in the upper reaches of Kathua's Billawar to locate the missing individuals.

Jammu & Kashmir police has ordered to send one IPS officer of DIG rank and One KPS Officer of SSP to reach Billawar.
The SP Anti-Terror Unit (SOG) was already stationed in Billawar, with Inspector General (IG) Jammu Zone Police Bhim Sen Tuti, DIG JKS Shiv Kumar Sharma, and SP Ops now arrived to monitor the operations.
BJP Raises the Issue in Assembly
Sunil Sharma, Leader of Opposition (Lop) in Jammu & Kashmir shared a post on X, where we informed that he spoke to IG Jammu Bhim Sen Tuti over three Hindus from Billawar who have gone missing in Lohai Malhar in Kathua.
“Issue was also taken up in the assembly today morning by BJP MLA Satish Sharma.” he added.
As the Assembly session began for the day, BJP member Satish Sharma raised a point of order to inform the House about the missing civilians in Lohai Malhar area of Billawar constituency.
