Plans for Youth and Senior Citizen In Modi 3.0

One of the cornerstones of Modi 3.0’s agenda is a focus on empowering India’s youth. The government has introduced several key schemes aimed at enhancing educational opportunities and job prospects.

National Skill Development Mission 2.0: Building on the success of the previous initiative, this upgraded version aims to provide specialized training in emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and green technologies. The mission also emphasizes partnerships with private industries to ensure that training is aligned with market needs.

Start-Up India 2.0: Expanding on the original Start-Up India initiative, the new version includes increased funding support and mentorship programs. This scheme seeks to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among young Indians, providing them with the resources and guidance needed to launch successful businesses.

Higher Education Infrastructure Upgrade: The government has allocated substantial funds for modernizing universities and colleges, improving research facilities, and expanding access to quality education. This includes a special focus on enhancing digital learning tools and resources.

Supporting Senior Citizens: Health and Welfare

The Modi 3.0 government has also introduced a series of schemes aimed at improving the quality of life for senior citizens. These initiatives focus on healthcare, financial security, and social inclusion.

Senior Citizen Health Card: A new initiative has been launched to provide senior citizens with a health card that ensures access to comprehensive healthcare services at subsidized rates. This card will facilitate regular check-ups, emergency services, and medication discounts.

Pension Scheme Expansion: The government has expanded its pension schemes to cover a larger segment of the elderly population, with enhanced benefits and streamlined disbursement processes. This includes an increase in the minimum pension amount to better support senior citizens.

“Ayushman Bima Yojana will cover almost 6 crore elderly people in our country. Farmers too have been given tremendous support in the last 100 days. In PM Kisan Samman Yojana, 20 thousand crores were given to 9 crore farmers,” Scindia asserted.
