Several Trains Cancelled as Heavy Rains Lash Gujarat and Maharashtra | Check Full List

Mumbai: Heavy rainfall in parts of Maharashtra and Gujarat has disrupted services of Indian Railways with Western Railways cancelling many trains.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for Gujarat as extremely heavy rainfall battered the state. 

Here's a complete list of trains that have been cancelled:

19256 (MHV-ST): Cancelled on 27.08.24

12268 (HAPA-MMCT): Cancelled on 27.08.24

22924 (JAM-BDTS): Cancelled on 27.08.24

19484 (B)U-ADI: Cancelled on 29.08.24

20907 (DDR-BHUJ): Cancelled on 27.08.24

20960 (VDG-BL): Cancelled on 27.08.24

22955 (BDTS-BHUJ): Cancelled on 27.08.24

22959 (BRC-JAM): Cancelled on 27.08.24

As a red alert has been enforced in the state, the Gujarat education department announced a holiday for all the primary schools on Tuesday. However, this announcement is limited to primary schools only.
