Manicure and Pedicure at Home

Taking care of your body, hair, nails, and feet is very essential. When it comes to nails, one often prefers going out to expensive salons but a few tips show how easy it is to do the same at home. For an at-home manicure and pedicure session, you will require a nail cutter, nail filer, nail polish, aloe vera gel, cuticle oil, and cotton balls. The first step would be to cut your nails and clean them. Take your time and ensure that they are nice and clean with no dirt residue. Then file and shape your nails as per your preference. Make sure you remove any leftover nail polish. Use a sandpaper grinder if necessary.

The next step would require you to soak your hands and legs in a bowl of warm water. To this bowl, add sugar, and essential oils for fragrance. Scrub and massage your hands and legs and soak it in water for a while. Then, after exfoliation, wipe them clean on a fresh napkin. Later, remove calluses and push back cuticles, once you are done with this, then buff and add shine to them. Put on some soft music and choose your colour. Apply the basecoat and let it dry and then apply a second coat. You can even apply a plain finish coat for extra shine. Once you are done with this, you can either massage with coconut oil or use aloe vera gel.
