You will need powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, kosher salt, cold egg whites, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Start with preheating the oven. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl. Add egg whites and vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Make the dough into biscuits and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and your flourless fudge cookies are ready.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

This flourless cake will be perfect for your chocolate indulgence. For ingredients, you will need bittersweet chocolate, butter, instant espresso powder, hot water, sugar, large eggs, unsweetened cocoa powder, heavy cream, and semisweet chocolate chips. First, mix bittersweet chocolate with butter and heat the mixture. Mix espresso powder with hot water and add this to the melted chocolate with sugar.

Next, add eggs and cocoa powder. Pour this batter in a springform pan and bake for 35 minutes. For the ganache, mix the heavy cream and pour in the chocolate chips. Pour the ganache on the cake and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Next step, EAT!
