Creamy Pear and Oat Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Fill the blender with a finely sliced pear, half cup of plain yoghurt, half cup of rolled oats, two pitted dates, quarter cup of unsweetened plain almond milk, and quarter teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend the mix until it is smooth. After putting the smoothie in the bowl, top it with two tablespoons wheat cereal, quarter cup of sliced pear, half evenly sliced banana, and one or two tablespoons of honey.

Kale-Apple Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Take a cup of nicely chopped kale, an apple cut into half and chopped into pieces, half banana cut into three to four slices and quarter cup of apple and put them in the blender. Allow it to smoothen properly. Take a bowl and put the blended smoothie in it. Top the smoothie with a quarter slice of apple and one sliced Kiwi.

Acai Coconut Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Keep two packets of frozen acai in warm water for ten seconds. Then, chop acai into pieces and put them in a blender with a half cup of blueberries, banana slices, and half cup of coconut water. Let it blend until it is smooth. Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl and add two tablespoons of granola. To make it tastier, add two tablespoons of coconut chips, quarter cup of fresh blueberries, and two or three slices of banana.
