Spending hours in front of your laptop or mobile can lead to many eye problems. Drying eyes syndrome, macular degeneration can lead to cataracts problems. Cod liver oil and fish are two very healthy options to include in your diet. Fish is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. It helps the most in preventing eyes from cataracts, dry eye syndrome and even macular degeneration

According to Paul Dougherty, MD, medical director of Dougherty Laser Vision in Los Angeles, eating an egg every day reduces the risk of macular degeneration. Not just that, eggs contain lutein and vitamin A, that promote eye health and overall functionality. 

Milk

If you think it will be difficult for you to include vegetables or meat in your diet every day, then you should try to include a glass of milk every day. A glass of milk will provide your body with Vitamin A, calcium and protein. Which in turn will provide nutrition to your eyes, skin and bones.
