Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants, which can lower blood pressure. Before having it, make sure that it is 70 per cent cacao though. Milk chocolate, white chocolate, or any other ingredient which dilutes the cacao content of chocolate will minimise its health benefits. Dark chocolate can also help you lose weight, help prevent diabetes, reduce memory loss, and help release endorphins.

Apple slices with peanut butter

Apples and peanut butter taste perfect together. Apples are high in fibre and polyphenol antioxidants which improves. While on the other hand, peanut butter is fairly high in calories. A medium apple with 1 tablespoon (15 grams) of natural peanut butter provides a nice balance of sweet flavour with crisp and creamy textures at under 200 calories.

Chickpeas
