Stove Simmer

This is one of the simplest ways to help your home smell good. Take a small saucepan and add simple ingredients like herbs, lavender, citrus slices, mints and more. The heat helps spread the entire scent throughout your house. This trick can be used for parties as well as on any normal day.

DIY Scented Candles

Melt the wax and add it to a container. Add the essential oils and the scents you want and let it sit for a while. Once the wax solidifies, light it up whenever you feel like it and have your house smelling like your favourite smell.


Combine and heart your favourite ingredients on a cooking pan together. Once they cool off, add it to a plastic bag and seal. Shake the bag to mix the ingredients well. Then pour the potpourri to your jar of choice or use your own creative ideas for decoration.
