Zorbing at Khajjiar

Khajjiar has an attraction of greenery and dense forests on the edges, which feels like heaven on earth.  This place is termed as India’s Switzerland as it has the same topography. Khajjiar also delivers beautiful picturesque views, activities like trekking and games like zorbing and paragliding. The lake in the center gives this famous spot an electrifying charm.

Ganji Pahari

Ganji Pahari is an attractive hill loved by trekkers. It offers a lovely view from the top and shows an easy to moderate level of hiking from Panchapula as its base. Usually, this trek is favourable to visit in all seasons, but winter invites a good amount of snow, which drives a large number of visitors towards it. 

  • Distance: Panchapula is 6 km from Dalhousie from where one can to hike up to visit Ganji Pahari.

Dainkund Peak

Dainkund Peak is one of the highest points of Dalhousie. One can feel the lovely breeze creating music and enjoy the mesmerising snow-capped mount view. Trekking to the top of this peak is an adventure. The peak is surrounded with incredible scenic views of the river, meadows, and waterfall. The best time to visit here is during winter. A local temple here is also one of the major attractions. 

  • Distance: 13 km to the base camp from Dalhousie.
