NBA 2019-20: LA Lakers defeat Warriors 120-94, LeBron James tops player ratings

Los Angeles Lakers registered a 120-94 victory against the Warriors on November 15. Here are the player ratings for Thursday's Lakers vs Warriors NBA game.

The Los Angeles Lakers beat the Golden State Warriors in a 120-94 encounter on Thursday morning. The game was held at the LA Lakers' home Staples Center in Los Angeles, USA. LeBron James scored 23 points and 12 assists in three quarters, while Kyle Kuzma added 22 points. With this win, the Lakers improved their NBA win-loss record to 9-2. JaVale McGee, Dwight Howard and Quin Cook scored 18, 15 and 10 points respectively.

The Warriors fell to a 2-10 record on the other hand, which is the worst in the Western Conference standings so far. D'Angelo Russell scored 21 points, 2 rebounds and 8 assists while Eric Paschall added 15 points.

NBA 2019-20: LA Lakers vs Golden State Warriors match report

The Lakers started the game early, gaining a lead over the Warriors during Q1. McGee scored through his alley-oop pass. They had a 12-0 run in the Q1, while James contributed 6 points. They shot 70% and made 5 three-pointers. They tied their season-high of 38 points in a quarter. The Lakers further extended their lead to 18 points in Q2. The Warriors reduced the lead to 7, but the Lakers scored back-to-back points. With 67 points, the Lakers then tied for a season-high for points in one half. In Q3, the Lakers had a 23-point advantage, which increased to 26 in Q4, sealing their win.
