Ben Stokes played an incredible knock as England settled scores against arch-rivals Australia in the third Test of the ongoing Ashes series as the Joe Root-led side registered a nail-biting one-wicket win on Sunday. Ben Stokes had joined his skipper Joe Root just a few overs before stumps at Day 3 and after Root was dismissed, he held one end and anchored England's run-chase against the quality Australian bowling line-up. Ben Stokes did pull off an emphatic win for England but it seems that this was on the cards. In fact, this was predicted a few years back by none other than the soothsayer Jofra Archer.

Jofra Archer the 'Soothsayer' gets one more prediction right

Jofra Archer made his Test debut in the ongoing Ashes series. In fact, he was awarded the Test cap in the second Test match where he not only picked up figures of 5/91 in both innings but also floored Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne with his lethal bouncers as a result of which Smith was ruled out of the third Test. Jofra Archer had starred in the first innings of the third Test with figures of 6/45 at an economy rate of 2.62 including three maidens. However, Jofra Archer did not grab the spotlight for his performance but for his talent as a soothsayer after Ben Stokes guided England to a famous win over Australia.
