Flying 'Justice for Balochistan' banner sparked Pakistan-Afghanistan fans' fight at World Cup match: ICC sources
A major scuffle broke out between Pakistan and Afghanistan fans outside the Headingley Cricket Ground in Leeds amid the ongoing Cricket match between the two teams on Saturday.

A major scuffle broke out between Pakistan and Afghanistan fans outside the Headingley Cricket Ground in Leeds amid the ongoing Cricket match between the two teams on Saturday.
ICC has reportedly stated that the fight broke out between Pakistan and Afghanistan fans after a plane flew above the Leeds stadiums flashing banners to help in 'ending the disappearance of Balochistan from Pakistan'.
As per reports, a plane flew about the Cricket ground during Pakistan vs Afghanistan match, putting banners which were calling to help end the enforced disappearance of Balochistan in Pakistan and "Justice for Balochistan".
In a video posted by Pakistan-based journalist, the banner can be seen flying through the sky.
This development has come days after a video surfaced on social media showing men wearing Pakistan Cricket team jersey and Pak flag around their neck tearing Balochistan posters outside the Lord's Cricket Ground in London where the Pakistan vs South Africa World Cup match took place.
The posters read, "Help end enforced disappearances in Pakistan". While tearing down the posters, the angry fans also shouted slogans "Long Live Pakistan Army".
As per reports, 5,000 cases of enforced disappearances have been registered since 2014, by the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances, an entity established by the Pakistani government.
Pakistan's establishment has been long criticized over its practice of enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings by International bodies and local human rights organisations that dare to speak out on the issue.
