A video of Hanuma Vihari batting with his left hand is going viral on the internet. The video shows Hanuma Vihari batting with the number 11 batsman L Mohan with fast bowler Avesh Khan bowling. Batting with his left hand, Vihari seems to play quite well even with one hand as he hit a boundary off Avesh as showcased in the video.

Before this Hanuma Vihari got hit brutally on his hand by a bouncer bowled by Avesh Khan. Hanuma Vihari went down on the ground in pain and was retired hurt. Hanuma Vihari tried to return and play but could not return. This left Andhra in all sorts of trouble as they had lost their captain and the most dependable batsman.

India wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik also lauded Hanuma Vihari for his incredible spirit.

Hanuma Vihari has been part of the headlines before as well. Few days ago Hanuma Vihari wrote an emotional letter for not being able to take Andhra to the quarter-finals of the Ranji Trophy. After realising that Andhra has made it through the quarters Vihari deleted the disappointing tweet and again wrote regarding Andhra reaching the quarter-finals. Vihari is currently out of the Indian team but he has played many match-winning innings before. Vihari is often remembered for saving the Sydney Test of 2021 against Australia where on the 5th and deciding day, he had to bat the whole day despite getting injured to save the test for India. The chances for Team India to save the match were very slim but Vihari ended up drawing the match for Team India.
