In a sweet gesture, Virat Kohli gives away his pads to a young fan after India's historic Boxing Day Test win

After India beat Australia by 137 runs to take an unassailable 2-1 lead in the series, India captain Virat Kohli went on to make a young fan's day even special by gifting him his pads, along with an autograph on the boy's miniature bat.

After India beat Australia by 137 runs to take an unassailable 2-1 lead in the series, India captain Virat Kohli went on to make a young fan's day even special by gifting him his pads, along with an autograph on the boy's miniature bat at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday. Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja claimed three wickets each as India registered an emphatic 137-run win in the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne on Sunday took taka 2-1 lead in the four-match series Down Under. Fast bowler Ishant Sharma (2/71) claimed the final wicket of the day in Nathan Lyon (7) to wrap Australia for 261 runs in a tough chase of 399 runs. Mohammed Shami also contributed with two wickets but didn't bowl a single over on the rain-delayed Day 5 at the MCG.
