Fast bowler Kagiso Rabada on Sunday helped the Delhi Capitals with a stunning win against Royal Challengers Bangalore. In one of the most outstanding performances in IPL history, the South African speedster picked up four wickets which not only broke RCB's spine but also ended up derailing the Bangalore team's momentum.

He picked up the big wickets of AB de Villiers and RCB skipper Virat Kohli while they were looking to form a partnership and take their team to a huge score. He then came back and scalped Akshdeep Nath and Pawan Negi following which RCB could only manage 149/8 in their 20 overs.

Rabada finished his spell with four wickets by giving away just 21 run in his four overs at an economy of 5.25.

Besides Kagiso Rabada, DC skipper Shreyas Iyer also shined out with the bat as he anchored the innings by stitching a 68 run, second wicket stand along with Prithvi Shaw. He scored a match-winning 50-ball 67.

Kagiso Rabada was named the 'Man of the Match' for his outstanding bowling performance which helped his team win against RCB.

Social media heaped praises for the South African speedster:

Impressed with Shreyas Iyer's innings, 'Voice of Indian cricket' Harsha Bhogle went on to tweet praises for the 24-year-old DC captain.

On winning the toss, Delhi chose to bowl first. RCB got off to a decent start but lost their opener Parthiv Patel for a run-a-ball nine. However, riding on skipper Virat Kohli's 33-ball 41 and Moeen Ali's 18-ball 32, RCB got to a decent total of 148/8. It did not prove to be enough as Delhi got home by four wickets in the 19th over, thanks to Shreyas Iyer who played a captain's knock of a 50-ball 67 at a strike rate of 134.00.
