Sir Jadeja has won our hearts time and again with his superb bowling. Here are three times that the left-arm orthodox spinner bowled us over in test cricket.

Ravindra Jadeja is known for his supremely confident bowling style in world cricket. Jadeja is the first left-arm spinner to take a hundred and fifty wickets in ODIs. In 2017, he became the highest-ranking bowler in the world. Jadeja has bowled us over many times across his career. Here is a list of three mindblowing moments in international Test cricket:

4. 5 for 53 against Australia at Arun Jaitley Stadium, New Delhi

The spinner took the world by storm in 2013 with his incredible variations. The slow left-arm orthodox spinner, spun, quite literally, a victory for the Indian team against the mighty Australians. Despite wanton rumours that this salt of the earth bowler would be a no show, Sir Jadeja didn’t disappoint at all. He took a total of 24 wickets during the home series against the Aussies. The win, in return, bolstered the spirits of the Indian side just when the team struggled.

3. 5 for 21 against South Africa at Inderjit Singh Bindra Stadium, Mohali

Jadeja wreaked havoc on the opponent batsmen once again, this time in 2015. In the second leg of the first Test of the Freedom trophy against South Africa, the left-arm bowler took five wickets in quick succession. As a result, India won the Test match by 108 runs in three days in Mohali. Jadeja didn't stop here...

5.5 for 73 against New Zealand at Green Park Stadium, Kanpur

Jadeja was looking in great touch in September 2016 as he picked up five wickets for 73 runs from the 34 overs he bowled against the Kiwis at Green Park. On the third day of the Test post lunchtime, Jadeja came to the rescue with two wickets in a jiffy. In the last ball of the over, he took another wicket and handed India a memorable victory.
