Former Australian cricketer Shane Watson got his another social media account hacked after Twitter as his Instagram profile was invaded by hackers this Tuesday.

Former Australian cricketer Shane Watson’s Instagram account was hacked on Tuesday. The latest incident came on the backdrop after his Twitter account was hacked last week. Just after the full recovery of his Twitter handle, Watson once again became the victim as his Instagram account was hacked on Tuesday. Pictures and videos completely unrelated to the cricketer have been posted by the hackers on Watson’s official Instagram profile. After the bizarre back-to-back incidents, Watson finally took to Twitter to inform his fans about the unfortunate occurrence.

The verified profile of the cricketer was soon filled with unusual pictures and videos on the image-sharing application. The former all-rounder immediately responded to fans over on Twitter as soon as his account got restored. In his tweet, the cricketer expressed his anger and frustrations about the same. The popular cricketer has 987k followers on Twitter and 1.3m followers on Instagram.

The 2007 and 2015 World Cup-winning Australian retired from Big Bash earlier this year. Upon announcing his retirement for Australia’s premier T20 domestic competition, Watson thanked his fans and everyone who was part of the Sydney Thunders team in the last four years. However, the cricketer continues to play T20 leagues in other countries across the world. He was part of the runners-up CSK squad in this year’s IPL. The cricketer will now be playing in the upcoming inaugural edition of Euro T20 Slam.
