Sydney Thunder: Rachael Haynes returns to action after cat injured her foot

The reason behind her foot injury was later revealed to be through her cat. Apparently, Haynes was bitten on the foot when she was trying to break off a fight between her pet and a stray. Her Sydney Thunder teammate Hannah Darlington, however, saw the lighter side of the situation. While speaking with cricket.com.au, Darlington said that she initially had no idea about what happened. But then she became intrigued when she found out her cat was behind her injury. Darlington added that she found the entire incident quite funny because it is not something one can expect would happen to Rachael.
