Tendulkar plays golf with Jadeja & Agarkar, shares image on Instagram

Sachin Tendulkar recently took to Instagram to share a picture of his golf outing. The picture showcases Sachin Tendulkar, Ajit Agarkar and Ajay Jadeja standing together posing for the camera. The trio seemed to be in a good mood post the golfing session. The legendary sportspeople stood together for a photograph with seemingly young kids with smiles plastered all over their faces.

Tendulkar turns to golf 

Sachin Tendulkar has been an inspiration to many people across the world. Just like the impact he had on the cricket field, he has been making an impact on the golf course as well. Tendulkar has been known to turn to golf post his retirement from cricket. He has been taking lessons from his Dubai-based coach Justin Parsons. So, an outing on the weekend with friends on the golf course does not really come as a surprise for his fans. Tendulkar had earlier stated that golf brings him peace of mind.

Kapil Dev acing golf

The AVT Champions Tour saw former cricket player Kapil Dev as the winner in the 60-64 individual age category. The AVT Champions Tour has been initiated for senior golfers. It is the only second national-senior golf tournament in India. The two-day event observed 100 golfers participating in the Pune Leg from different cities across the country. Kapil Dev came out as the winner along with the All India Senior Golf Champion Vijay Kumar, who was the runner-up in the respective category. Kapil Dev speaking on his win had added that the Championship was a 'good initiative' to make senior golfers play frequently. 

'Winning is always a good feeling. The AVT Tour is a brilliant step towards helping us senior amateur golfers play more consistently now for a goal. The senior's Tour has revived the competitive spirit and winning amongst some really talented golfers is a feeling that is worth being cherished.' Kapil Dev said in a statement.
