South Africa's short tour of Australia was a very fruitful affair for the visitors, as they clean-sweeped the three-ODI series before winning the only T20I on Saturday in a comfortable fashion. The results not only showed how superior the South African team is presently, but also showed the dire state of Australia.

In the one-off T20I, which became a 10-over contest due to rain, the visitors beat the hosts by 21 runs. Batting first, South Africa managed 108 for 6 in their quota of overs, much thanks to some firework from skipper Faf du Plessis and opener Quinton de Kock. The chase for Aussies was never going to be easy, and it proved so as they could only muster 87 for 7 in 10 overs, despite the heroics of Glenn Maxwell.

During Aussies' batting, a funny incident took place, which lightened the mood of both the camps during a crunch time. Maxwell was on the strike, and Kagiso Rabada was bowling, with Australia needing 41 of 10 balls.

Just then, as the bowler completed his run-up and was about the deliver, the ball slipped out of his hand and landed to the fielder at point. The umpire termed it as dead ball, but the batsman and fielders couldn't stop laughing at Rabada, who himself had a smile on his face.

The incident became a huge talking point on Twitter, with the users having a huge laugh about it.
