Robert Lewandowski embodies Bundesliga logo with outrageous skill

Robert Lewandowski netted a brace in Bayern's 4-0 win over Dortmund. The Pole exhibited a mesmerizing skill to imitate the Bundesliga logo during the win.

'Der Klassiker' is the moniker given to the Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund fixture. After this past weekend's result, it's safe to say that the moniker has lived up to its name. An injury-hit Bayern Munich faced a Dortmund side that had just registered a spirited comeback against Antonio Conte's Inter Milan in the Champions League. If ever Borussia Dortmund needed a win at the Allianz Arena, it was on Matchday 11 in the Bundesliga. Robert Lewandowski, however, had other ideas.

Robert Lewandowski embodies Bundesliga logo

Robert Lewandowski has been on top of his game this season. The prolific Polish striker took it upon himself to show that Bayern Munich are not missing the presence of Niko Kovac in the managerial dugout. Lewandowski netted a brace during Bayern's emphatic 4-0 win over Borussia Dortmund to send Bayern Munich third in the Bundesliga table, and he did it in some fashion. On 26 minutes, when a long ball appeared to be on the verge of drifting out of play, Lewandowski outstretched his legs to bring the ball under control and keep it in play. His mesmerizing first touch sent Twitter fans crazy, with many drawing similarities with his touch to the Bundesliga logo.

With two goals in the win over Dortmund, Robert Lewandowski has now scored in all of Bayern's Bundesliga and Champions League games this season. The Pole, who arrived on a free transfer from Dortmund ahead of the 2014/15 season, took his tally for the season to a total of 22 goals. Lewandowski also broke a Bundesliga record in the process by netting in 11 consecutive games for the Bavarian giants.
