AEW Dynamite: Kenny Omega attacked by Pac and Moxley, highlights

This week’s AEW Dynamite was filled with twist and turns, and betrayals. The night ended with Jon Moxley making his in-ring debut on TNT, and defeating Spears

This week’s AEW Dynamite was filled with twist and turns, and betrayals. The night ended with a bang with Jon Moxley making his in-ring debut on TNT and defeating ‘The Chairman’ Shawn Spears at the event. Though fans were happy to see the outcome of the match, their excitement doubled after watching the later events. AEW Dynamite also explored last week’s events when Dustin Rhodes and Hangman Page faced Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara in a crowd-pleasing tag-team match. Though almost all the matches played in this week’s AWE were top-notch and filled with action, there were few which were just bland and failed to generate excitement from AEW fans.

AEW Dynamite: Jon Moxley vs Shawn Spears (BEST)

This match was announced in the last minute by the AEW officials. Shawn Spears made his debut against Jon Moxley while being accompanied by the legend Tully Blanchard. The match started with Moxley taking control of the match and punishing Spears both inside and outside of the ring. Later, Spears then delivered some chops and a top suicida to the debutant. Moxley fought back and even serviced a near-fall. Moxley then gained some momentum and finished the game by delivering a Paradigm Shift. Moxley won the match and fans expressed their joy with cheers and chants. After the match, Kenny Omega entered the ring and with weapons in hand. As Omega was about to charge against Moxley, Pac came from behind and attacked Omega with a steel chair. Whatever happens next, fans will be eagerly waiting to see this newly made alliance wreaking havoc in AEW.

Riho and Britt Baker vs Emi Sakura and Bea Priestley (Worst)

Despite the match being filled with great moments, fans were unable to get the reason why Emi Sakura was made to face Riho. Britt Baker and Priestley hated each other from the start and they were made to face each other. So, what’s the reason to make Riho who was introduced as Sakura’s student in AWE fighting each other. The match ended with Baker forcing Sakura to tap and win the match for her team. However, it looks like AEW is planning to start a new chapter for AEW women’s champion Riho and Sakura.
