Centre for the Indiana Pacers, Myles Turner, commenting before the first National Basketball Association Game (NBA) to be played in India on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5 at the Dome, NSCI, SVP Stadium in Mumbai said “We’re kind of pioneers.”

Will feature Sacramento Kings and Indiana Pacers

The NBA India Games will feature Sacramento Kings and Indiana Pacers playing two preseason games. This is the first time when teams from the biggest basketball league in the world will be playing in India. Ticket prices range from ₹4,500 to ₹85,000.

Ken Juster said that India and America shared a good relationship via sports and used it as a strong tool for diplomacy. Ken Juster said that the US mission in India via sports focuses on bringing people together, build friendships and build values and skills both on and off the court.
