PKL 2019: Six teams that have qualified for the PKL playoffs

Haryana Steelers, Dabang Delhi KC, Bengal Warriors, UP Yoddha, Bengaluru Bulls and U Mumba have qualified for the upcoming PKL 2019 playoffs starting on Oct 14.

The PKL 2019 playoffs will begin on October 14 with the eliminators, as the top six teams battle it out to become the PKL champion. The semi-finals will take place on October 16, and final is scheduled on October 19. Dabang Delhi KC, Bengal Warriors, Haryana Steelers, U Mumba, Bengaluru Bulls and UP Yoddha are the six teams that have qualified for the PKL 2019 playoffs. 

Top six teams that qualified for the PKL 2019 playoffs

PKL 2019 playoffs: Dabang Delhi KC

Dabang Delhi KC were the first team to qualify for the playoffs. Their performance has been consistent for the entire season. Currently, they are ranked second on the PKL 2019 points table with 82 points. Out of the 21 matches played, Dabang Delhi KC has won 15 matches and lost four matches. Dabang Delhi KC still have one league stage match with U Mumba left to go. 

PKL 2019 playoffs: Bengal Warriors 

Bengal Warriors secured their place in the PKL 2019 playoffs with their 41-40 victory over Jaipur Pink Panthers on September 22. They were the second team to qualify. They are currently ranked first with 83 points. In PKL 2019, they have won 14 matches, lost five matches and tied three matches.

PKL 2019 playoffs: Haryana Steelers

Haryana Steelers' 38-37 victory against Gujarat Fortunegiants on September 30 qualified them for the PKL playoffs. Haryana are currently placed third on the points table with 71 points. The team has won 13 out of the 22 matches played. They lost their last league stage match against U Mumba on October 10.

PKL 2019 playoffs: U Mumba

On October 2, U Mumba beat Patna Pirates 30-26 to qualify for the playoffs. After their last win on October 10, U Mumba moved up to the fourth spot on the PKL points table with 69 points. U Mumba has won 12 and lost eight out of the 21 matches played. Their game with Dabang Delhi KC on Friday will be their last league stage game before the playoffs.

PKL 2019 playoffs: UP Yoddha

This is the third year UP Yoddha have qualified for the playoffs. As per the current PKL standings, they are ranked fifth. Their number of wins is almost double the number of their losses. UP Yoddha has one final match with Bengaluru Bulls left before they enter the playoffs.

PKL 2019 playoffs: Bengaluru Bulls

Bulls qualified for the playoffs on October 2, after U Mumba. They are currently ranked sixth on the points table. Bengaluru Bulls have won 11 out of their 21 games. If Bengaluru win their match against UP, they might move up the points table.
