It has turned out to be yet another extraordinary week for WWE fans as two WWE Hall of Famers returned to the ring at Madison Square Garden in New York to Monday night RAW and Tuesday night Smackdown. After Stone Cold Steve Austin stunned AJ Styles on Monday night RAW during the contract signing between Universal Champion Seth Rollins and challenger Braun Strowman, 'The Phenom' made his way to the ring on Tuesday night SmackDown, gracing the arena with his electrifying presence. The Undertaker last worked during a tag team match with Roman Reigns against Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre at the Extreme Rules PPV back in July. WWE had announced Austin and Undertaker's participation in the shows a week earlier, as they attempt to increase their ratings.

Sami Zayn bears the brunt of the Undertaker

It is no joke that the Deadman is the most feared wrestler in the history of the industry as he has terrorized many wrestlers in the past, putting an end to their career in the business. The Undertaker was received with chants of 'Undertaker Undertaker' by the crowds, as he slowly walked through the aisle towards the ring. The Undertaker addressed the WWE universe about how the MSG was a significant arena to the company and its wrestlers as legends of the industry created their moments at the same venue. The Undertaker also said that he had also taken a part of that glory, for he himself had many remarkable moments in a record-studded career. Just when the Phenom was about to finish his address, he was interrupted by none other than the self-loving Sami Zayn. Ever since his return to the ring, Sami Zayn has turned his heel on the WWE Universe and has been on the receiving side of the booing. Sami attempted to disrespect the Undertaker and even asked him to leave the ring, claiming that the company was in his 'safe hands'. The Undertaker looked like he had heeded to Sami Zayn's words and turned to step out of the ring, only to turn back and chokeslam Zayn, leaving him in a heap in the middle of the ring.

AJ Styles stunned by Stone Cold Steve Austin

If there is anyone in the WWE industry whom a wrestler should never provoke or turn his back on, it is Steve Austin. AJ Styles not just disrespected the WWE Hall of Famer but he also booed and shouted at the crowds who were echoing Austin's famous 'What'. Besides, AJ Styles along with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson had disrupted the contract signing between Rollins and Strowman in the previous week as well. This time, the tag team champions took the show to the OC and Styles. Strowman dealt with Anderson and Gallows while Seth Rollins attempted to burn it down by stomping AJ Styles. An alert Styles managed to pull out of the way and sent Rollins out of the ring. The United States champion then turned his back on Stone Cold, jeering at Rollins only to turn around to find himself stunned by Austin. Stone Cold pulled the trademark stunner on AJ Styles following it up with his celebration.
