Team India is coming off a colossal defeat to South Africa at Centurion. The Men in Blue's woes were visible in the first test match, as they could not sustain the bowling spell of the Proteas. Top-order batters like Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill failed to shine as well, as their losing streak continues in the visiting country. To cope with the bowling aspects, the BCCI has made an addition to replace Mohammed Shami in the Final Test match at Cape Town

BCCI announces Mohammed Shami's replacement for IND vs SA Cape Town test
The Board of Control for Cricket In India has announced right-arm fast bowler Avesh Khan as a replacement for seam bowler Mohammed Shami. He will be in the squad for the last test match between India and South Africa, which will take place at the Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town.

India’s squad for 2nd Test: Rohit Sharma (c), Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (wk), Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, Mohd. Siraj, Mukesh Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah (vc), Prasidh Krishna, KS Bharat (wk), Abhimanyu Easwaran, Avesh Khan.
