ICC Champions Trophy 2025: Times have been bad for Pakistan . First they could not win a single game at the marquee ICC event and then went onto lose the opportunity to host the final, thanks to a very superior Indian team. Since their debacle in CT 2025, TV channels in Pakistan have been bashing their own side in an extremely brutal manner. That is understandable because of the manner in which they were humiliated.
The last nail in the coffin seemed to be the absence of a PCB official during the prize distribution ceremony. While the PCB has lodged a complain with the ICC, a panelist during a TV debate in Pakistan made a bizarre claim. The panelist claimed that at least Pakistan's name will always be there on that blazer when asked about the absence of a PCB official from the event.
That is exactly when the anchor hilariously roasted the panelist. He said that means Pakistan are the ‘darzis’, which means tailor.

‘But in the end, Pakistan won.’
During the discussion on Pakistan's ARY News, the panelist said: "It was a shocking thing. ICC decides who will come to the podium. PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi had notified he would not be present, but I felt he should have travelled to Dubai. Sumair Ahmed, COO, was present, but ICC did not honour him by calling him to the stage. In the entire tournament, India has tried to push back Pakistan - they did not want to wear a jersey with Pakistan's name, and they did not want to travel to Pakistan. But in the end, Pakistan won. That white jacket they wore, with Pakistan's name, will forever be written on it."
That is when the anchor of the debate retorted cheekily, saying that at least India will remember Pakistan as a "tailor".

‘Pakistan ko as darzi zarur yaad rakhenge’
"Issi bahane Pakistan ko as darzi zarur yaad rakhenge (On this pretext, India will surely remember Pakistan as a tailor)," the anchor replied, leaving everyone in splits.
