IPL 2025: We are less than a week away from the start of another season of the Indian Premier League, and the buzz is palpable. While the cricketers are busy training and doing shoots, there is a certain ad shoot that caught our attention. The ad features Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya . 

It is a hilarious clip where Hardik reminds Rohit that they play the Super Kings in their IPL opener and Rohit is unhappy over it. Rohit was so angry that in the next scene we see him breaking a glass. And then, Hardik asks the waiter to clean the table as the video ends.

Meanwhile, MI would be missing their regular captain in the opening game versus CSK.

He has to miss the game because of the one-match ban he picked up during MI's last game of the 2024 season due to slow over-rate. 

"Suryakumar Yadav is India's T20I captain. So, it is ideal for him to lead the MI team in my absence in the first game against CSK," Hardik said during press conference.

‘Lucky that I have three captains’

"I am lucky that I have three captains playing with me -- Rohit, Surya & Bumrah. They always place an arm around my shoulder & are there when I need any help," Pandya added. 

Suryakumar Yadav would be leading the side in their opener. MI would also be missing the services of Jasprit Bumrah . It would be interesting to see the playing XI they opt for for that game.
