Rohit Sharma took home the Cricketer Of The Year award whereas Virat Kohli got the ODI Batter Of The Year Award. Apart from the awards ceremony fans also witnessed a heartwarming moment between Shreyas Iyer and Rohit Sharma, the video of which has gone viral.

During the CEAT Cricket Rating Awards ceremony, Rohit Sharma was seen struggling to find a seat in the crowded venue. It was at this moment that the captain of Kolkata Knight Riders and Indian middle order batter Shreyas Iyer got up and gave his seat to Rohit Sharma. This particular instance caught the eyes of many fans and left them feeling warm hearted as they witnessed the respect and camaraderie in the Indian squad.

During the award ceremony, Rohit Sharma took home the Cricketer Of The Year award. Apart from him Virat Kohli won the ODI Cricketer Of The Year. Shreyas Iyer ended up winning the T20 Leadership Award as he led IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders to an IPL trophy this year.
