Champions Trophy 2025: Virat Kohli walked out to bat after India lost opener Shubman Gill early against New Zealand on Sunday in the final group A game. The New Zealand all-rounder, stationed at the backward point, pulled out a one-handed screamer to send Kohli packing.

But again, the players would know that India could end up facing the same side in the summit clash and hence it is important to take the last group-stage game seriously. It is still not known which teams will India and New Zealand face in the semi-final. This game would decide that.
