Virat Kohli's One8 Commune in Bengaluru faces legal action, FIR lodged for breach of time limit
The Bengaluru Police filed an FIR against the One8 Commune pub in MG Road, which is co-owned by the ace Team India cricketer Virat Kohli.
One of Virat Kohli's popular ventures, the One8 Commune, has come under the legal radar lately. The Bengaluru Police has took action of the restaurant and pub chain's Bengaluru branch after it was found in breach of the permitted time limit for operations. The chain, co-owned by the ace Indian cricketer, has been a popular choice of pub among the locals residing in the area. But the Commune has entered into a problem with the law enforcement authorities.

Virat Kohli's One8 Commune in Bengaluru among others booked for time limit violation
As per the DCP Central, the Bengaluru Police filed an FIR against the One8 Commune pub on MG Road. Several other establishments were also seen operating beyond the time limit, and a case has been filed against those places as well.
"We have booked around 3-4 pubs for running late till 1:30 am last night. We received complaints of loud music being played. Pubs were allowed to remain open only till 1 am and not beyond that," the DCP Central said.
In Bengaluru, bars are allowed to serve patrons until one in the morning; after that, they are expected to close. However, they were discovered to have broken the rules, thus they were sanctioned.

Virat Kohli's One8 Commune has branches in several major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. The Bengaluru branch opened in December of last year after the grand success of the previous outlets which shot up to fame due to Kohli's stardom. One8 Commune's Bengaluru outlet is situated on the sixth floor of Ratnam's Complex, which is close to the famous M. Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium, the home venue of the IPL's Royal Challengers Bengaluru, a franchise Virat Kohli has been a part of since the league's inception. The Bengaluru outler has a stunning view of the Cubbon Park and the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Based on his jersey number 18, Virat Kohli launched his One8 brand, which carries lines of athletic wear, apparel, footwear, and fitness accessories.
