Mumbai's AQI is currently soaring at an alarming rate and recently a PIL was also filed asking for Bombay High Court's intervention on the grave matter.

Rohit Sharma, who is a native of Maharashtra has seemingly performed his duty in making the public aware of the rising pollution in the city of Mumbai.

While the Indian captain is busy doing a good deed, few users on social media brought back Rohit Sharma's two-week-old act. Sharma was recently fined for over speeding. The star cricketer was apparently driving his Lamborghini at a rate of 200 kmph on the Mumbai-Pune highway and was criticized for polluting the environment. Thus, him driving at that rate and then appealing about the pollution did not land well among some users on social media.
